A 30-year-old Dubliner sold €50 million worth of wine in Britain last year as managing director of Naked Wines UK, the crowdfunded online wine retailer.

Eamon FitzGerald, who became interested in wine while blogging, said Naked Wines UK had increased staff numbers by 30 per cent to 145 people in its Norwich headquarters in the last 12 months.
