Ross to ask OCI president 'robust' questions

Minister says Government has not ruled out probing tickets issue itself

Minister for Transport, Tourism & Sport Shane Ross says the government is not ruling out investigating the controversy over Olympic Games tickets itself.

There have been allegations of illegal ticket sales at the games, following arrests made earlier this week. Two people arrested – one of whom was Irishman Kevin Mallon – were allegedly in possession of tickets allocated to the Olympic Council of Ireland.
