Ronan and Colony’s €3bn Dublin play

A joint venture company between property developer Johnny Ronan and US investment group Colony Capital is to invest €1 billion in developing a 4.6-acre site in the north docklands

A joint venture company between property developer Johnny Ronan and US investment group Colony Capital is to invest €1 billion in developing a 4.6-acre site in the north docklands.

The investment will take the total being invested by the veteran developer and billionaire Tom Barrack’s Colony in various projects in Dublin to about €3 billion.
