Retired judge Carroll Moran to head Olympic tickets probe

Investigation may also look at OCI corporate governance and funding

The terms of reference for the inquiry include an investigation into the policies, procedures and practices adopted by the Olympic Council of Ireland governing the receipt, distribution and sale of tickets.

Retired judge Carroll Moran

The scope of the investigation will stretch back to the 2014 Winter Olympic Games, the 2012 London games and any previous games into which Justice Moran wishes to inquire.
