Quartech aiming to buy €100m worth of homes to let out

Quartech, the home buy and leaseback operator is aiming to acquire in the region of €100 million worth of properties, starting with an initial 80 homes this year.

It has closed its first property transaction funded by a mainstream senior debt lender and has agreed a structure that gives it access to a substantial line of credit for its ambitions.
