Q4 of 2014 was busiest ever for Dublin office market

The last quarter of 2014 was the strongest three months ever for the Dublin office market, with total take-up of 1.03 million square feet — four times greater than the take-up achieved in the previous quarter, according to Jones Lang LaSalle.

The quarter beat the previous record of 930,317 square feet which was seen in the first quarter of 2007, highlighting the increased demand for office space, JLL said.
