Proximity to Dart and Luas boosts property prices by an average of 6%

A new report found being close to urban rail stations added 2% to rents

The 2016 Rail Report from property website Daft.ie assessed the impact of urban rail on property prices and rents and found the effect of proximity to a station was greater on prices than on rents and also differed by area, with a premium for homes near Luas Green stations but a discount near Luas Red stations.
