Property still top for Irish investors, survey finds

Data comes from a 2016 iCubed Investor Intelligence Survey

Property is still the top choice for Irish investors eight years after the collapse of the housing bubble, according to the 2016 iCubed Investor Intelligence Survey.

The Dublin-based investment consulting firm, which surveyed 200 people across Ireland, found that 45 per cent of respondents said they had an “average” understanding of financial investment products.

Some 25 per cent said they had a “poor” understanding of investing and 23 per cent said they had a “good” understanding....
