PII expects 11,000 new homes to be completed this year

The latest edition of Property Watch, published by Property Industry Ireland (PII), found there were more than 2,000 housing starts in the first quarter of the year, an increase of 57 per cent year-on-year, but of these 38 per cent were one-offs while Dublin accounted for only a third.
