Skehan sighs over Housing Agency sculpture
It is fair to say that Conor Skehan attracted some controversy during his time as chair of the Housing Agency.
Most notably, in November 2017, his comments that homelessness “is a normal thing, it happens” didn’t land well with the public. He also suggested that people were presenting as homeless to “game the system” and move up housing lists.
