NBA champion voices high hopes for promising Irish basketball talent

NBA champion Ronny Turiaf believes the Irish passion for sport will lead to success for basketball here.

Turiaf, who won the 2012 NBA title alongside superstar LeBron James with the Miami Heat, told this newspaper he didn’t know much about Irish basketball prior to coming here, but “I knew about the Irish mentality”.
