Nama wrote off €300m of debt for 23 big developers

Nama has written off a combined €300 million in debts for 23 major property developers, and has also cut deals with a further 33 debtors in relation to their personal exposure on company borrowings.

The new data sheds light on Nama’s dealings with developers, and provides an insight into the sort of incentives on offer to major developers.
