A dispute between Irish ballerina Monica Loughman and her former partner is set to return to court following a new legal filing.
Loughman, who trained and danced with the highly prestigious Perm State ballet company in Russia, is named as a defendant in a High Court preliminary summons lodged by a company run by Fraser Brown, with whom she previously had a relationship and ran a business.
