McKillen jr puts Ranelegh Hotel on market The Devlin valued at €20 million-plus

Paddy McKillen jr and his business partner Matt Ryan have put their newest hotel The Devlin on the market for between €20 million and €22 million.

The business partners’ operating company Press Up will enter a long-term sale and leaseback agreement with any buyer of the 40-bedroom boutique hotel, which also has a rooftop restaurant, underground cinema and cocktail bar.
