McKillen fails in attempt to sue IBRC liquidators in the States

Developer Paddy McKillen sr and business associates have failed in an attempt to personally sue the special liquidators of IBRC, accountants Eamonn Richardson and Kieran Wallace, in the United States.

McKillen and his business partner Anthony Leonard, and their company Clarendon Properties, had claimed that the bankruptcy liquidators of the former Anglo Irish Bank violated the bankruptcy code and United States law in their treatment of them.
