McFeely’s assets to be sold as Priory Hall rebuild cost hits €52m

The office of the state’s bankruptcy assignee Chris Lehane confirmed that a number of assets linked to the former IRA hunger striker’s bankruptcy were being sold soon

As the state counts the cost of the €52 million rebuild of Priory Hall, a sell-off of some of developer Tom McFeely’s former assets is set to commence shortly, it has emerged.

The office of the state’s bankruptcy assignee Chris Lehane confirmed that a number of assets linked to the former IRA hunger striker’s bankruptcy were being sold soon.
