Opposition politicians have said they have “serious concerns” about new documents that reveal details of David McCourt’s dealings with senior officials during the procurement process for the National Broadband Plan.

According to records seen by this newspaper, McCourt held a series of meetings to discuss new investment in Enet, the company at the centre of the controversial plan, and other matters.
