Manley Construction is targeting growth in the residential house building and hospitality sectors after emerging from examinership in recent days.

The company said that it is currently working on a number of sites and that it plans to focus on the private end of the building industry, including home building and hotels projects, which were now the fastest-growing areas of the construction sector.
