Malin pays €34.5 million for stake in Altan Pharma

Irish life sciences company Malin said it has paid €34.5 million for a 65 per cent stake in Altan Pharma.

Altan is a private Irish-headquartered pharmaceutical company which has acquired the GES Group, a privately-held group of Spanish injectable drug companies, for €87.5 million. Altan raised €40 million as part of the funding for the deal.
