Tipperary TD Michael Lowry has been served a summons by the consultancy firm that is suing him over an alleged damages and breach of contract claim, court filings show.

The case is being taken by Kami Consultancy, a firm linked to family members of Denis O’Connor. O’Connor was Lowry’s accountant for many years and advised him during the Moriarty Tribunal.
