The shareholders of Octagon Films, the maker of hit television shows including Love/Hate and Vikings, have petitioned the High Court to wind up the company.
The shareholders are claiming that the petition is beingmade on “just and equitable” grounds relating to the ongoing litigation. The petition will be heard in October.
