Beef baron Larry Goodman is set to consolidate his dominant stake in the Blackrock Clinic by buying an 8 per cent shareholding held by US developer John Flynn.

A receiver appointed by the Goodman related firm Breccia is selling the shares following a successful court outing by the meat magnate for control of the lucrative private hospital.

Michael McAteer of Grant Thornton advertised the share sale last week.
