Entrepreneurs Louise Grubb and Tom Brennan have teamed up to launch a new animal health firm called TriviumVet. It has just raised €3.24m from Liam FitzGerald, Niall Wall and others

As we sit down to dinner in the Science Gallery in Dublin, Tom Brennan orders lamb tagine and sparkling water. He is meeting me to reveal all about his latest new venture, TriviumVet, which he co-founded with serial science entrepreneur Louise Grubb.

Brennan is a low-profile Irish success story who, three years ago, sold Eirgen Pharma, the Waterford-based company he co-founded with his friend Patsy Carney, to US drugs company Opko for $135 million.
