Irish gambling millionaire wins Gibraltar court battle

Jim Magner, the Irish online gambling millionaire, has claimed in front of the Supreme Court in Gibraltar that two trusts he established were defrauded by a law firm of £9.1 million (€10 million).

The low-profile multimillionaire and internet entrepreneur set up Sports Interaction in 1997. Two years later, the company secured an online sports betting and casino licence from the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in Kahnawake, Québec. The business is a major player in online poker....
