Ireland’s universities take six top 50 places in world subject rankings

UCD and TCD score highly in veterinary science and nursing

Irish universities have landed six top 50 places in the largest ever world subject rankings.

The highest Irish finish is achieved jointly by Trinity College Dublin (TCD) and University College Dublin (UCD) – both came 31st for nursing and veterinary science respectively.

Between them the pair take all six of Ireland’s top-fifty places and 61 per cent of their total placements across the entire 42-ranking set.
