Ireland will back Britain's bid for reasonable EU reform

Kenny says UK remaining in EU is best outcome

Taoiseach Enda Kenny told the Confederation of British Industry annual conference in London this morning that Britain's continued membership of the EU is good for Ireland.

“I am not here today to say that the EU is perfect,” he told the conference at the Grosvenor House Hotel.

“It is in all of our interests to make the Union function more effectively,” he said.
