Increase in British lawyers registering in Ireland

There has been an increase in the number of British lawyers admitted to the Roll of Solicitors this year as Brexit looms, the Law Society has revealed.

There have been 640 registrations to date in 2018, compared with 576 registrations last year, as British firms intensify contingency arrangements in the face of an uncertain exit process from the European Union next year.
