Huawei chief comes out against allegations of deep-state ties and espionage

Phone giant Huawei is based in Shenzhen, a city without a past – but the United States seems determined that it will have no future in the world’s tech infrastructure. Here, its chairman Guo Ping claims the allegations against the company are ‘based upon nothing’
