HSE to include St Vincent’s Private in audit

The HSE plans to send forensic auditors into St Vincent’s Private Hospital as well as the public hospitals run by the Dublin hospital group within weeks.

A spokesman for the HSE confirmed the HSE wants the auditors to have access to the internal workings of St Vincent’s Private Hospital as well as the public hospitals.

The HSE spokesman said this was necessary in order to develop a full picture.
