How much can the current Dublin Airport grow?

The DAA has signalled that Dublin Airport could reach 40 million passengers a year between 2027 and 2031.

That would be a significant increase on the 28 million passengers last year, which represented an 85 per cent recovery of 2019 levels.

The DAA is now expected to seek planning permission to extend its capacity this year, but the general discussion about Dublin Airport is that nothing seems to be working as well as it should.
