Mortgage campaigner David Hall is considering a run for the Seanad, The Sunday Business Post has learned.

Hall is the founder of iCare, the organisation which has bought distressed mortgages from banks and allows the former owners to stay on as tenants. He previously ran for the Dáil as an independent candidate in the Dublin West by-election in 2014 and came fourth.
