Homeless executive paid €255,000 in finders’ fees to estate agents

The Dublin Regional Homeless Executive began paying estate agents finder’s fees to identify and secure tenancies for homeless families last November

The Dublin Regional Homeless Executive has paid estate agents over €255,000 in finder’s fees over the past year.

The DRHE began paying estate agents finder’s fees to identify and secure tenancies for homeless families last November. The executive confirmed that €255,977, including Vat, has been spent on the finder’s fee payment scheme since then. So far, 159 households have secured tenancies in Dublin through this payment.
