Hibernia REIT gets planning permission for Harcourt Square redevelopment

The property company now has the go-ahead to develop nearly 280,000 square feet of new office space

Hibernia REIT said it has received full planning permission for the second phase of the redevelopment of Harcourt Square in Dublin from An Bord Pleanála.

The real estate investment trust said the redevelopment, which will total 142,500 square feet of internal space, had been appealed to the planning board after receiving planning permission from Dublin City Council.
