Anthony Staines is chair of Health Systems at DCU's School of Nursing and Human Science.

He will speak at the 12th National Health Summit on Wednesday in the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, Dublin 5.

Staines, who has been in the job since 2007, teaches research students as well as writing papers on his specialist subject.
