MEP Brian Hayes has branded the HSE’s refusal to implement his ‘zero cost’ suggestion to improve awareness of patients’ rights “a disgrace”.

Hayes wrote to HSE chief Tony O’Brien urging him to inform patients of their right to avail of healthcare in a public or private facility in another EU country.
