Larry Goodman’s 28 per cent stake in the Blackrock Clinic is controlled by a foundation in Liechtenstein with unknown directors, it has been alleged in High Court proceedings.

Dr Joseph Sheehan, one of the founders of the hospital, claims that changes to the complex corporate structure of the beef baron’s holding have been in breach of the terms of a 2006 shareholder’s agreement.
