Goodman wins battle over €4m dividends from Blackrock Clinic

Beef baron Larry Goodman has scored a €4 million victory in the latest bout of a long and acrimonious legal scrap with his rival Blackrock Clinic shareholder, the retired surgeon Joseph Sheehan.

The High Court has ruled that Breccia, a firm controlled by the billionaire, is rightfully due dividends from hospital founder Sheehan’s 28 per cent stake in the exclusive south Dublin hospital.
