Fresh hostilities have broken out among shareholders fighting for control of the Blackrock Clinic in Dublin.

In new legal proceedings, the Florida-based lawyer and property investor John Flynn has claimed that rival stakeholder Larry Goodman is trying to thwart his latest effort to refinance a loan tied to his 8 per cent stake in the private hospital.
