Singer Frances Black’s addiction counselling charity is seeking to remove Console founder Paul Kelly from its board.

Black founded the Rise Foundation in 2011 to help the family members of those suffering from alcoholism, drug abuse and other additions.

She has spoken publicly about how she had battled alcoholism in the past.
