Flyover collapses in India killing at least 14 people

A flyover under construction in Kolkata in India has collapsed on to traffic leaving 14 people dead.

A further 50 people are feared trapped.

Residents of Girish Park used their bare hands to dig out the injured from under a 100-metre length of metal and cement that smashed to the ground at rush hour this morning.
