Flurry of offshore oil and gas consent applications made

Three new oil and gas applications were lodged last week to the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment. The latest flurry brings to eight the number of oil and gas consent applications lodged in the first half of this year.

The applications were put in by the China National Offshore Corporation and Europa Oil.
