Former Dragons’ Den star Niall O’Farrell has placed the company behind his upmarket Dublin-based shirt shop Henry Jermyn into voluntary liquidation.

A creditors’ meeting on Friday heard that the company called Jermyn St Ltd had a deficit of about €1 million.

About €500,000 of this deficit is owed to the company’s banks.
