FG’s Byrne cancels all clinics in Inchicore

A Fine Gael TD has said she is going to cancel all future constituency clinics in her hometown, due to “intimidation” by protesters.

Catherine Byrne, a TD for Dublin South Central, complained recently in the Dáil that people were “stacking up their trolleys with drink and wine” while refusing to pay their water charges.

She was subsequently targeted by protesters and has been forced to cancel her constituency clinics...
