Facebook: says it is building an archive tool for future events

Facebook is refusing to release a database of all ads and how much was paid for them by both sides during the referendum to repeal the Eighth Amendment.

The social network giant has written to the Oireachtas communications committee in response to a number of questions put to it by members when its senior managers appeared before it in April.
