Ex Paddy Power CEO: gambling firms ‘preying on vulnerable’

The co-founder of the betting giant Paddy Power has said the failure by the gambling industry to introduce sufficient measures to protect addicts leaves it open to the charge that it is “preying on the vulnerable”.
