EU Brexit Summit: What is being debated

David Cameron is meeting with EU leaders today

EU leaders have convened at the European Council headquarters for a two day summit where Prime Minister David Cameron will seek to reconstruct Britan's terms of membership.

The meeting began at 5 pm Brussels time (4 pm Irish time) and and is expected to go on behind closed doors until well into the night.
