Energy efficiency low on SME to-do lists

All businesses have a role in decarbonising the economy

Just one in five small and medium sized businesses in Ireland believe they have done all they can do to reduce energy costs and increase energy efficiency, according to research carried out by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI).

The majority of SMEs believe that they have a role in tackling climate change however energy and fuel costs are low on the list of concerns facing small and medium sized businesses today.
