Elverys spat with Clerys hits the High Court

Sports retailer Elverys is taking court proceedings against Clerys, in relation to a damages claims following the flooding at the department store where Elverys has a concession.

The 150-year-old store flooded in 2013 after heavy rain caused gallons of water to flow into the building. The damage forced the store to shut for several months.
