The European Commission extended its examination of Ireland’s tax policy beyond Apple, seeking information from Dublin about tax arrangements with a number of other multinational corporations.
The Sunday Business Post has established that the commission’s competition wing is carrying out an “information gathering exercise” with the Irish authorities over a number of tax deals with multinationals.
