Ebay is refusing to pay a €15,000 compensation award to a former worker after it coerced him into signing an "incriminating" statement.
The US multi-national, which employs 800 people in its office in Blanchardstown in Dublin, had hired David Bell to work in its customer call centre there.
But Bell was dismissed after ten months in the job in 2013 for giving out two £25 sterling vouchers to aggrieved customers.
